1. Dr time. Go tell them exactly what you told us and ask if you have post-partum depression. 2. Schedule a couple hours a day where the baby gets handed off to Dad and you get to soak in the tub or read a book or something. It will help you feel less shitty. Even taking a nap will help. You're probably REALLY tired right now, and that's not helping any hormonal issues. Get some unwinding time in, and schedule some for Dad, too.
