Screw the PT. I love mine. The only time he "beats me up" is if I actuallY GAIN weight, which is rare cause im scared of the work out he'll make me do if i do. When we actuallyWORK out though he ONLY focuses on the positives (Great form! You're look great, etc).
And what do you expect to hear from your gym teacher? He's just making you work harder!
Sorry, but most health nuts are complete jerks, and are rude when someone isn't as "good" as them. I'd find a new gym.
sry t say this but your trainer must be a pretty SUCKY one if he confuses fat for muscles:S
lol at you whiners! its called negative reinforcement. of course our society is too pampered for that to work anymore. kudos to the old-school trainer!
lmao, that bites... :-/ FYL.
As horrible as that is, you can take it as motivation. And if it really makes you feel that horrible, then work out at home. You don't need fancy gym equipment to get a good work out. It's easy to lose tons of weight by even just biking a half hour a day.
Awe that instructer is an idiot. -__-
That's so mean

It's common knowledge that all personal trainers are douchebags.
Think of it this way, if your trainer was impressed by the size of your biceps, he was impressed until he touched it. So key thing to remember while showing off: show them the good, but no touchie. And you're golden.
