If you're wearing white or something short, then def your period. Boners go away after a bit,...that period stain lasts all day and possibly forever.

You can always put a book in front of a boner, or wear a long shirt..... With a period, best you can do is tie a sweater around your waist.

Period cause boners have to have a cause periods can just randomly happen anytime with no warning.

That is incorrect, a boner can be a very random event during puberty. Aftetwards as well, really. :)

I think what 53 meant is that some girls have irregular periods where they come at different times in the month some heavier some lighter, sometimes skipping one or more months completely. Not a pleasant thought :P but if it weren't for that I'd say boner for sure

no they really don't. sometimes we just get them randomly. nothing has to trigger it. so yeah we don't know when we are about to get a boner sometimes either

and yet another girl proves she knows nothing.. boners can happen for no reason. most of the time, there is a reason but when you're just sitting in class and randomly get ones, there is no reason.

307: I'm not agreeing with this commenter, but periods can be irregular and unpredictable, particularly in high school years. Also, a random boner isn't provoked by anything-- that's why it's called, y'know, random.

307: Yeah, some women NEVER have regular periods unless they go on birth control. Sometimes they can estimate within a couple weeks when it might start, sometimes it's so irregular they may go months without one and have no idea whatsoever when it'll happen. But it's definitely not valid to say it's easy to predict (at least, not for everyone).

it depends on what your wearing. Either a boner with sweats or a period with white/lightly colored pants would suck the most.
