You can always appeal to the deans. It rarely works, but it actually might in this case. Documentation will held a lot.

Even if you have proof, the teacher may still have reason to fail you on the exam. She was in the accident... not you. I'm sure you were trying to be sweet, but someone else could have helped her, especially when your EXAM is that day. I don't know what level of school you're in but if you're in college, you should know better.

if you got legit documentation, helping out should count as your test because a. you obviously knew what you were doing and had the confidence to go through with it and b. because this was a real world application, not just something on paper

#7, I'm so sorry, that sucks :(. Your school must be run by assholes. Schools have gotten sooo insane these days. The zillions of rules are just doing more harm then good, and causing people to get in trouble for the the dumbest reasons imaginable. Sometimes "I'm sorry, I'm just doing my job" doesn't cut it as far as excuses go for doing things like what your school did to you...people CAN bend rules in certain situations, but choose not to and look stupid and irrational because of it. #13 Yup. In some US states the victim you aided can sue your pants off if you are not a certified first responder. That is if the aid was performed incorrectly.

If the victim mentioned you in the police report you should be able to get a copy and appeal the fail grade.

18 - as someone with a severe disability that most people have a very wrong impression of how to help (ie putting something in a persons mouth when a seizure occurs), I'm very glad to have the sue your pants off law. If someone puts anything in my mouth while I have a seizure, you can guarantee I'll be suing their pants off, because there is no excuse for any person endangering my health and safety in such a gross manner. I don't need a mouthful of broken teeth and the danger of choking to death because some idiot can bother learning common sense when it comes to what to do when a seizure happens and what should never, ever be done at any time (ie putting something in a persons mouth during a seizure). That law is the only thing that protects me from some idiot trying to kill me while I'm incapacitated
