No good deed and all that

You did the right thing.
People who say "it was her accident, not yours" are sick, morally-dead human beings. You did the right thing by helping out, because that's what citizens are meant to do. The people who say "someone else will help out" are the people who cross to the other side of the street when an old woman gets mugged on the sidewalk. A population of emotionally-retarded people is bad thing.
As many people have said, have a witness or 2 to go to your teacher and say that you were there. Perhaps the injured lady and a paramedic on site. Also, if it does go on the news(unlikely, lots of crashes outside my house and none on the news), then you should record that and show her the evidence, especially if you got interviewed. Unlucky though. Anyway, you should have something to put suprisingly on your CV or whatever that you failed your FA exam to make some practical use of your skills. Teachers are retarded these days, they don't believe anything.
If you witnessed the accident, you have to stop and give your statement of what happened. Your professor needs the accident report punched into the side of their head, with you labeled as a witness.
20 - The point, 18 and 11 were making is that said law can be abused. A seizure is different to a car accident, different techniques apply and different responses are required. Do not sound off about a stupid law that can be so easily and abused. OP that's serious bad luck, are there no resits available at your school/college?
10 years from now, is it better that you helped someone or that you passed one test?
