No good deed and all that

OP, you didn't do anything wrong. You should definitely complain to a higher up, be it the dean or department head above your teacher. Try and contact the paramedics or police you dealt with at the scene. They may not be able to provide you with a full report due to HIPPA, but I'm sure they'd be happy to confirm that they had found you helping at a scene. To all of you who say the OP shouldn't have stopped, shame on you. S/he did not know how seriously the person in the accident was injured until s/he assessed her. As some one taking a First Aid course, I'm sure s/he felt naturally obligated to stop. And, as s/he most likely learned in the First Aid course, a person who is certified in First Aid/CPR cannot just leave the scene once they have approached it if they cannot confirm that the victim either does not need treatment or refuses medical treatment. That's called abandonment, and that could get someone in trouble. Yes, the OP was not certified yet, but s/he had already clearly learned the skills, and was a good person to stop and help.
That really sucks - your teacher probably thought you were making it up, because it was too convenient. Hopefully you can get it worked out! #41 - if you know your professors so well, maybe you should ask one of them to tech you grammar and manners, because you seem to be deficient in both respects.
get the docs from the medics if their medical director is half as anal as mine, and they werent in a hurry to transport a critical pt. they would have all of your information in their report. and sure stopping was the right thing to do licenced or not. if you were licenced you would more or less be obligated to stop. in all honesty it would help this country if everyone were first responders who were semi competent but that wont happen. as long as you provided the best care you knew how good job and if its an ems first aid class it should be easy to get docs from the medics
I really love this FML because its extremely ironic. Also, very FYL-I feel very sorry for you=/
#11 and 18 are right, however good Samaritan laws also exists as #47 says. Something like this will depend more on details and court battle if it ever was taken there, which in some cases is, and then it will go way beyond your good Samaritan laws and certifications.
#9 haven't you heard of forgery? you never faked a parent's signature before? Either way that sucks
