Today, I found out that not only does my sister consider Fox News "reliable" but her husband has been buying Trump merchandise. They owe me $1,900 but they're literally giving a millionaire money instead of me. FML

OP didn't say a thing about CNN. There are other news sources apart from those 2. It's like someone complaining they got shot in the left leg and someone answering that getting shot in the right leg is no better. There's always an arm for example, or not getting shot at all. As for OP, FYL. She should get her priorities straight. I hope you do get your money back. Lesson learned I guess, but still sucks.

I know that op didn’t say anything about CNN, but as one of the most news sources it wouldn’t surprise me if they thought it was. In my opinion none of the mainstream media is reliable, but people are going to believe what they want from certain news sources, so whatever floats their boat

You would be fortunate to ever see that money again. Way I see it money to friends/family is a gift, if they choose to pay it back cool, but if not it doesn't hurt the relationship.
