If it's your PC and your graphics card, this is on you bro. You should password protect your OS and not allow anyone to use your stuff unless you are willing to have it broken or stolen. I mean, I'd never let my brother drive my car, even if he is a professional car racer.
You may have trust issues.
You have a right to do that with your stuff but understand most people aren't as stuck up. Sure you risk this kind of thing but it's better than pushing people away over meaningless stuff as it's bound to cause conflict in most families.
