Throw a pillow at them and tell them to shut up so you can sleep... that's what I have to do when my dog starts to get frisky with himself at 1 AM (he licks his crotch loudly until he's too tired and then he passes out and snores... occasionally he throws in a couple rancid farts for good measure too)...
