Well, I believe that constitutes burglary, breaking and entering and vandalism. All in all, the police should have a very nice chat with her, and she can celebrate her newfound singleness with jail time.
Definitely a red flag. Keep your finances separate dont be a dummy and get joint accounts. That's a suspicious thing to do I would be checking my credit report making sure there's no surprise debt.
Red flag? The FML isn't written very clearly, but she: - copied the key without OP's consent, - got caught cheating by OP, - Trashed OP's place when he rightly called off the wedding. That's not a red flag, that's grounds for breaking up immediately (which OP did, thankfully), and pressing charges (which OP will, hopefully).
