Some people can't manage their own business and try to blame it at others, which wouldn't help them and at the end they'll be loosing the most. I'm sensing that could be the case, because it is fabulously impudent to call a person you just fired to complain about his job results - especially since they have no obligation to listen to your BS anymore.
