Today, I called the police regarding people speeding down my street, because I was worried for my young kids. On the way home from my daughter's ballet class, I got pulled over two blocks away from my house and got a $150 speeding ticket. FML

I once got into a fight about the same thing with a self righteous prick like yourself. Perhaps you should keep your kids out of the street. If they can't figure out that they should move if a car is coming, I think we can employ Darwin's "Survival of the Fittest" theory here. Mind your own damn business and let the police take care of speeders.

This is like on my list of 100 top pet peeves. They decreased the speed limit on my (perfectly straight, flat, visible) street from 40 to 30 because of a call like OPs. If you can't bear to be or look outside to watch your kids and keep them from running into the street...
