On my first day of summer holidays I woke up at 5.30 with a pain in one of my nuts. I end up going into hospital at 7. After around 5 blokes feeling my gonads the took me in for surgery. Had a date planned as well. So now I'm stuck on the couch for two weeks with my one ball.

Well, if anyone ever asks if you have any spare nuts, you can say no and it will be the truth! (I think they do make ******** implants, if the feel/look really bothers you. It shouldn't impact your fertility or "performance" much, either. That said, you talk to your doctor or one of the doctors at the hospital and discuss if you need to have regular screenings with a reproductive health doctor or similar specialist.)
