Man, my old manager used to say 'essentially' like, every other word. I wanted to buy her a thesaurus. It got to the point where I spent more time counting how many times she said essentially during a meeting than actually focusing. XD That said OP, it could be worse. We have one woman who can go from nice to batshit insane if you word something the wrong way. :/ I think I'd rather hear oh my gravy.
