At least he isn't reusing a rag. If you brought him the Sunday paper he will be able to hold out a long time. Did he nail it to the back of the door like in an outhouse?

This is why I always keep a sealed plastic baggie with toilet paper in inside the tank of the toilet. I have the kind of toilet that doesn't affect whatever's in there though.
