sneezing hard makes your head go backwards, since you are sneezing forward. Thus the head going forward motion is from the sneezemotion itself and thus we can classify this as a reflex. Thus it is just a sucky sneeze at the wrong place and the wrong time. I wish you a speedy recovery.

there is one just like this, but its about a girl who went to itch her nose, but sneezed hard and accidentally punched herself in the face and got a black eye, not a broken nose.
