First impressions are critical. And based on this one, you're both unprofessional.
Dude, you fell asleep at an interview. How could you possibly have expected this to go any other way? The interviewer, unlike you, didn't come into work for the specific purpose of interviewing you. They have responsibilities and things that must be tended to immediately, most of which can't be planned for. There are also plenty of managers that do this on purpose, or set up other 'interruptions' just to see how if you react to the situation. If you fall asleep waiting to be interviewed, a situation where you should be on your most professional behavior, how can they make any other conclusion than that you're likely to fall asleep on the job anytime there is a slow moment?
Dodged a bullet there OP; who wants to work for a company that doesn't even have the discipline to ensure that their own interview panel runs on time?
yeah, ydi, it doesn't matter that they were late, you should have waited patiently, not fallen asleep.
#50 You just made my day. Score.
YDI. It doesn't matter how late they are, you don't fall asleep.
EYL, you're a total idiot.

That is totally your fault.
So what? You couldn't keep your eyes open while you waited? YDI X 100
