Today, my bully made me cry once again. It's been going on for weeks. I don't know who to turn to; I can't say anything because I'd get into even more trouble. He even stole my Nintendo 3DS and won't give it back. My bully is my girlfriend's son. He's 10. FML

Ok, 1, what is wrong with you? 2, threaten/fake call the police. Kids are terrified of police and he stole from you so it would be a.legitimate claim. What kind of girlfriend do you have where youd 'get in more trouble' if you told her. How and why youre letting a child dominate your life is beyond me.

the kid "won't give" back the 3ds? here's a hint, OP. it's YOURS. take the thing back, you have every right. it's not discipline, it's getting your own stuff. then, one way or another, your gf will find out about it, and you'll see how she handles her kid and will know whether to ask her to handle her parental responsibilities or to ask her to kindly stay the hell out of your life.

OP can't physically discipline a child that's not his without getting into trouble. His best bet is to lay down the law during a discussion with the kid and his mom present.
