I used to use a heated needle to prick my zits. Worked like a charm!

The meds are making your skin's PH balance to go out of whack. Soak in a tub with baking soda and drink one shot glass size of apple cider vinegar every morning to even things out. Drink plenty of water and stay AWAY from products containing salicylic acid (they will dry you out, and your skin will produce more oil and more acne). This shall pass, I promise... I work in this field.
