Seize the day

Today, I dragged myself to work, suffering from a bad cold. My boss quietly told me to go home and rest, to avoid spreading it around the office. I thought it odd since he dislikes me so much, but I did as he said. He called later in the day to suspend me for leaving work early. FML

In all honesty, do you really want to work underneath someone like that? I mean, given, the economy sucks but I doubt you'll ever be happy in the same environment as such a dick. Maybe you should look for work somewhere else or in a similar field..

I don't know why everyone keeps saying the economy sucks.. My stocks haven't looked this good in years. Op.. Things are looking up.. You have some time off, job search is officially on!!

Didn't you tell him it was him who told you to leave early? Tell his superior. That's a bitch move man. I hate people like that.

Use a microphone to record that piece of sh*t. And don't forget to report him.

My boss did they same thing! Only instead of suspension she wrote me up with a warning

I'd try to report him somehow. Explain the situation to whoever is above him and maybe they can remove the suspension.

This happened to me once. I started making my boss sign a piece of paper before going home early. That way he can't fire me for having to many points built up. Yes we have a points system at my job.

That's seriously ****** up. Sneeze in his coffee.
