She sounds stupid, so discussing such matters with her would be a waste of time anyways. Talk to a professional and look for support groups for stroke victims and their families.
Oh I would get extremely petty with her. I would then call her every day to every other day, stating that you need to discuss your father's behaviors and problems with her.
When this lockdown is over, go over to her house, and deck her. Give her a real reason to cry.
