Today, it's my birthday and my friends and I went to our favorite pub to celebrate. As I'm a little broke at the moment, they all offered to buy me birthday drinks. Which I later learned meant that they would order them for me and bring them to the table, but put everything on my tab. FML

OP, you definitely need to move on. You're a pushover and you're letting this girl take full advantage of you. Trying to win her over with expensive gifts is never going to work. She'll just end up using you and that's it. She is clearly not interested in you, so you need to stop wasting your time with her and move on. Find someone who will respect you and like you as a person. You need someone who will be there for you and will show similar interest in you.
