What? Are you some sort of myrmecologist?!?! How the **** should we know how long it takes ants to find food?
If this is the parenting style you have and the mindset you have I feel sorry for your daughter. To yell at her over a plate that was left for only 2 hours is excessive and unnecessary. Your daughter is going to resent you and you'll have a strained relationship if you continue yelling at her. Rather than yelling at her when she makes a mistake, try talking to her calmly and explaining the reasons why. Then instead of being made to feel like an idiot, she'll feel like she has the knowledge and will understand why she can't do something and will be less likely to do it again in the future. It takes an average of 21 consecutive days to build a habit so you also need to give an adjustment period. So stop your bad helicopter parenting and start parenting with love. Do better.
What the hell? I think your daughter is right.
Right? If the ants are showing up within a couple of hours, you already have a problem.
Hey “Mom of the Year”, If ants showed up within hours, kitchen would quickly be overrun by ants when preparing big meals like Thanksgiving or Christmas dinners.
I think you're massively overreacting and need to chill out. Dumbass.
hang on!!! you call your daughter a dumbass and your title on here is 'mother of a complete idiot'......... I feel bad for her and can't wait for her to be old enough to move out and leave you behind. how overbearing and nasty are you
