yes, it would. i'd rather have to wade through my own waste than someone else's. that is a major FYL, though. DX

True, the pro, you have less to repair... the con: it's someone else's waste you have to go through. I hope you have insurance. I don't see how anyone could say YDI.

Agreed. I don't really see how its any better that it's someone else's poo. Though, if it is someone else's, you can probably sue for damages and clean up costs.

This is just disgusting... Have someone come in and clean it up, and send the neighbors the bill. It should be covered by their Homeowners' Insurance.
