Sounds more like a FML on his end. Today I was at the store and I wanted to know how much a mop cost. I took it to the cashier, and the guy went to scan it. The mop was between my legs and I got hit in the crotch. FML

Freaking stupid customers. It's not that cashier's fault when stuff like that happens. It doesn't take much to make a mistake like that--think about it. If you're stupid enough to walk right up to a register with a mop between your legs, it's your fault. It takes quite an odd angle to pick up a long object over a counter... I'd like to meet the cashier who's never done that, without thinking about it. It's the same physics as putting a pencil on a desk so that one end sticks out and hitting it so it flies; it's just that, in this case, it's tilted and the customer was STUPID to stand in EXACTLY the WRONG place. I'm a cashier, by the way. Stupid customers are the bane of my existence.
