Mno jasně, když flusanec klouže po vršku pánve jako rtuť, tak je pánev dost nahřátá. Funguje to ale jen u nerezovýho nádobí :D

This makes no sense. As others have said, any bacteria or germs would have been killed in such a high temperature. That's why we COOK our food before eating it.

That's how I do it. Besides the burning hot oil and a hot frying pan would kill all the germs. No worries
