Sue them for wrongful termination?...
Call the EEOC and file a case for wrongful termination. It may take over a year but you will get a settlement out of it. I did. Don't let them get away with it.
If you bothered to look, this fml was from Canada. So I don't think the EEOC will be of help in anyway whatsoever.
