Stability

Today, I fired all 12 of my employees, purely out of anger and frustration. Realizing my mistake when I'd calmed down, I called each employee and apologized, asking if they'd come back. Only one said yes. The mailroom clerk. FML

You might just need anger management classes if you fired your whole staff out of pure frustration.

So the Mailroom Clerk was the only guy that didn’t realize unemployment is super low right now and EVERYONE is hiring and a better job (without a screaming tyrant for a boss) is on the horizon? Learn from this. Take care of your people when business is slow and you don’t need them so they are loyal enough to take care of you when times are good and they don’t need you. I’ve always worked for small companies and been in both scenarios. Guess which business I decided to stay with and made substantially more profitable.
