Today, I fired all 12 of my employees, purely out of anger and frustration. Realizing my mistake when I'd calmed down, I called each employee and apologized, asking if they'd come back. Only one said yes. The mailroom clerk. FML

You might just need anger management classes if you fired your whole staff out of pure frustration.

How are you even in a managerial position? You need to be removed immediately from any form of power or decision making. You're disgusting.

What next time? A fit of pique has probably ruined his company.

So does that mean you're hiring?

I don’t blame them. Who wants to work for a boss who’ll fire you just because they’re mad?

There's an orange-faced idiot like that in DC right now; and when he's not firing people, he spends his time playing golf and posting idiotic rants on Twitter, yet people still want to work for him. I don't understand it.

You had 12 people and needed a full-time mailroom clerk? Well, when you rebuild your company, you can emphasize the strong mail-handling capability of your staff. That'll bring in the millennials.

You essentially fired yourself. You may want to see someone about those anger issues.
