Stressed out

Today, in an attempt to lower my stress and anxiety, I tried out an anti-stress coloring page on my phone. I couldn't get the color to evenly fill inside the lines and it stressed me out even more, to the point where I started crying at work. FML

I heard that music is good for relieving stress. maybe you shouls give it a try.

I always find a repetitive motion helpful, something like swimming or drumming my fingers on the table. Maybe try out those? :)

Instead of using coloring apps there are adult coloring books that do relieve stress or other things. I do have a coloring app on my phone and sometimes it is hard because there's really small holes everywhere and it really gets on my nerves when I hit something else. You should just try an actual book instead of a phone.

Go ahead $20 you can smash anything in my house. You get 10 minutes.. GO.

I would look into buying an actual adult colouring book. Colouring on phones is very hard. I completely find colouring very relaxing, but the physical act of it is what does it for me! Amazon sells adult colouring books if your interested:)

There are also some sites where you can also download colouring in patterns/pictures for free. Just need a working printer.

Go home, play some relaxing music, light up some scents and take a hot shower. Perhaps some sex or self pleasure may take the stress all away!

when I get stressed like that (I have one of the physical coloring books, it doesn't help me) I got for a long walk or a long drive and listen to classical music. it calms me down instantly! or I highly recommend talking to someone about it. they have all kinds of outlets if you do not wish to speak to someone in person as well! good luck, OP. Hope you get things figured out!

You have to find what works for you OP because everyone is going to tell you something different. That app may calm some people, but clearly not you. Classical music may calm some people, but it drives me nuts, while angry rock music makes me feel great. It also helps to have multiple outlets. Some of mine are working out, shooting pool, taking a walk outside, and listening to the band Red.

Start working out. The stress will go away

try colorfy or colorify...its one of those two, its a coloring app that i love. There's also an app called Calm ot really helps me...hope it can help u too

Perhaps a real colouring book? Or something else do a little research
