It doesn’t say where you are from, but if it’s a developed country with a mostly honest government it sounds like he’s going after the scum, villains, thrives and highwaymen who try and avoid paying their share for the government benefits they receive. I’d love for the IRS to get the funding to adequately claw back the unfair discounts, especially if they had the funding specifically to go after the rich bastards who are hard to audit because their finances are more complex.
