Today, I ordered ramen to go. I looked at my order and discovered a cockroach. Disgusted, I showed it to them, and they apologized by "replacing" it for free. Later on, while I was enjoying the delicious food, I once again discovered a cockroach buried under all the noodles. FML

Omg that's horrifying and disgusting. I would have thrown up. I don't know why you would have given them a second chance. One would have been enough to make me run.

They either have a serious roach problem or just poured your original noodles into a new container. Why on earth they wouldn't take the vile creature out first is a mystery. You seem like you handled the situation politely though. I would have demanded a refund, then chucked the noodles at a manager. **** eating that garbage
