Today, I ordered ramen to go. I looked at my order and discovered a cockroach. Disgusted, I showed it to them, and they apologized by "replacing" it for free. Later on, while I was enjoying the delicious food, I once again discovered a cockroach buried under all the noodles. FML

I agree with 23, what OP did is NOT bitching. I've worked in restaurants before, bitching is ordering a sandwich with no lettuce and sending the whole order back due to the teeny tiniest shred of lettuce being stuck on it.

Um so why in Hell would you except another order from them if the first one had a cockroach in it? YDI for not using common sense. I wouldn't eat from somewhere that "might" have cockroaches in their food. You knew for sure.

Exactly..Besides, after you find the cockroach..I'd probably tell the authorities. I mean, it's unsanitary and there's a possibility people could get sick from that..
