Well she's probably seen you far more often than whoever was at the concert.
About six years too late, but this is still ridiculous. Your friend may have had a once in a lifetime opportunity to see her favorite musician performing live. She can wait to visit you, but the concert isn't something you can put off. Also, maybe she already had the ticket before you invited her. Why don't you ask if you can go visit her? It's unfair to expect her to pay for everything. Given a choice between seeing my favorite band and visiting a friend, I would probably do the same. A decent friend would understand how important the concert was to me, and not be bitter about it.
