Did you give her both of the tickets?
I did. I actually left clues and stuff like a scavenger hunt and each clue was closer to the tickets. She knew one was for me and one was for her but I was moving around my house and didn't want to keep them at my home incase I lost them. We made planes for me to drive over and pick her up then go from there but when I arrived I was told she had already left, with both tickets, and her boyfriend.
wow that really sucks dump her as a friend and get her to pay you back for the tickets

Judging by your username, I'd guess this wasn't the first time this happened. If you want advice from strangers on the internet, I'd advise you to stop spending money on her for a while.
Unless she had the tickets and the passes, I don't see much of an issue with this. I hope you were smart enough to keep them with you and not her, otherwise what else did you expect? Why are you friends with her again?

I feel so horrible reading this FML. I still want to know the score, like the rest. Did she know? Did she have the tickets? I still feel so bad for you regardless. Even if you weren't clear on the situation. You still must feel low, no-one should have to feel low. Sending you sympathy and happy thoughts. Hope you still went to the show and had a great time (If they didn't have your ticket) x

I have so many questions. Did you give her the tickets quite a while back? In which case did you not think it was odd that you hadn't made any proper plans? Or had you and she still left? Did she know how expensive they were? When you gave her the tickets, did you make it clear one was for you? In which case, why didn't you just keep yours? Because no matter what the intention or the right thing to do, if you gave her both of the tickets, in the end of the day both of them are hers and hers to decide what to do with them. It sucks and she should've at least asked or assumed the second one was for you, but I feel like there would've probably been some signs to indicate this. And if there weren't then honestly good riddance! I've had to cut some 'friends' out of my life and it sucks for a while, but it's better for the long run!

Did you keep it a surprise from her and she wasn't aware you had bought them?
