Tell me now!

Today, I realized that my two year-old likes to help with the groceries. And by help, I mean hide a bag of chicken. It's been two weeks since I went grocery shopping and I still can't find it, but it smells like something died in my house. FML

If you've been trying to find the smell for a while, try leaving the house for a couple of hours and try again later. You might have gotten too desensitized to properly detect the source

Well if you ever need to hide a body, you know who to turn to

Your two year old is probably like "It's right under her nose, where she least expects it!" But how'd a 2 year old hide a bag of chicken?

It doesn't necessarily have to be a whole chicken, maybe a small pack of breasts or a couple drum sticks. It could have also been one of those tiny Cornish hens too.

I wasn't implying it's a whole chicken, I was saying generally where could it be hidden without being found easily.

Well looks like the chicken...chickened out. hahahahahah batum ts :'D

have a friend bring their dog over. they'll find it quickly.

Borrow someone's dog and keep a close eye on it. It may well inadvertently lead you to your foul smelling treasure. Obviously do your best to prevent said dig from consuming any of the chicken.

If there are flies in your house, they go right for the source of the foul smell. They are an effective (albeit annoying) way to find dead things. I learned this from an animal control guy who went to my school to find a dead animal that had dies under one of our portable classrooms.

Use that Lucky Charms knowledge that you've been saving up; Follow Your Nose!

I say play the "grocery game" and let him take the bag and see where he goes, he might take you straight to the chicken.
