I have never even come across an apartment with a fancy shower head. Unless you buy your own I expect you'll be turning down all the apartments you view.

I have a strong feeling that you did not like that apartment for other reasons but are just using the showerhead as the excuse. If you really loved the apartment, the showerhead would be the least of your concerns. btw you can find toys for $20 online or in stores so idk why you would rest a decision like idk, where you live, based upon the showers ability to pleasure you.
