The first thing you need to ask her is how stupid she is? Like the amount of stuff and the age of it all probably predates you and was far outside your allowance. As others have said therapy's not a bad thing so just use it for what you need to use it for. They'll probably believe you the moment you say what I said about their age and existence xD

Simple solution: Go to therapy. Even if your mom doesn't believe you, the therapist probably will. Then they can talk to her. (Bonus: You get therapy! Everyone can use it; it's not just for people with mental illness or BDSM **** collections.)
