That's a pretty sociopathic thing for the bartender to do. FML

Maybe it is time to re-evaluate your choice of men.
You'll probably not see him again for a long time and I don't think you'll be really that remembered when you head back...
Instead of the bartender stiffing you as it seemed to be heading, I hope you stiffed him on his tip.
If these two incidents reflect your typical interactions with men, you probably need to change your approach. For example, with the bartender, it would been better to just say that you were leaving the country in the morning and would like a quick shag to make it memorable.
People break up all the time, it's not really something to laugh about... Just move on. What a jerk bartender.

It always grinds my gears when I hear about people dumping others via message. Tell them in person if possible. Sorry to hear about the touchy subject being brought up. At least you'll probably never see them again.
