go see a Dr if you can. outside of the fact that there are a lot of intricate parts working in your feet, the heat and moisture of feet in shoes/socks can raise thw risk of infection. Get ahead of any problems.
Go to an urgent medical care clinic. It’s cheaper and quicker than the ER (in the USA anyway) and much quicker than a standard physician’s office. You may need a tetanus shot and stitches or at least get the wound professionally cleaned and examined.
