The Hitchhiker

By hitchhiked - 04/01/2012 06:28 - United States

Today, I picked up a hitchhiker. He was well dressed, and seemed trustworthy. As soon as he got in, he pulled out a gun and stole my wallet and car. All of this occurred in front of a sign warning against picking up hitchhikers. FML

Whenever I drive by a hitchhiker, not helping them makes me feel guilty. But at the same time, you never know who they are or what they could do.

bad decision, never trust any hitchhikers

they got to where they are, their fault. dont go somewhere unless you have a way of getting there/back. cant rely on strangers. i dont feel guilty, its not hard to get a license and my first car was only 300$ and it got me from A to B. lazy is the word

Damn, americans have it so easy. You can't get a license and car for less than $4000 in many countries. And even then, the car won't last for more than 2 years, tops. I don't blame people for hitchhiking, transport is expensive as f***. Sucks that there are idiots like this guy who is ruining it for other people.

I think he posted this JUST so everyone could press YDI! XD

Because I'm gonna trust any body on the side of the road that is dressed nice. Its kinda a con-mans job to trick ignorant people.

I understand you wanting to be that guy who does nice things for strangers, however, what you did was downright dangerous. YDI.
