Today, my 5-year-old won't stop princess-waving at people. This would be fine, but she looks exactly like she is giving the Nazi salute. I got dirty looks from nearly everyone at the supermarket. FML

Talk to her & ler her know without giving too much detail that a bad man from years ago used to do something similar. Maybe you can change the "wave" to a "sprinkle wave" so it will not give the wrong message?

Wave with her! You won't get dirty looks and she won't have to stop which she shouldn't have to do.

Absolutely hilarious! I have two daughters who have done the same... And all I could do was laugh when people shot me the "wtf are you teaching your kids" look!
