she ain't the one. find a person who enjoys you for you and isn't worried so much about feet. also, clean your feet. oh, you already do? do it more sucka, they're dirty.

I once had a girlfriend say something similar, but not carry it out so far. It turns out, as I discovered years later, that I had toenail fungus. I had had it my whole life, so I didn't know my feet weren't supposed to look and smell that way. I assume (in retrospect) that she was too embarrassed to just tell me what the real problem is. If there's any chance something similar might be going on, and she doesn't want to talk about it, and you have decent insurance, you might see if your regular doctor will refer you to a podiatrist for a checkup. But hopefully if you just asked her point blank if she suspects you might have a foot condition (athlete's foot, whatever), she could find the moxy to tell you, even though it's awkward.
