Granted she's going about things the wrong way but you could ignore her (she'll eventually lose interest) or tell her you aren't interested. If that doesn't solve anything then do what everyone else is saying and block her.

The fastest way to get a woman to stop texting you is get really clingy.. ask her where she is and why she doesn't respond fast enough as soon as you do that she'll delete your number works every time..
