Something similar happened to a friend of mine, and he's actually a pretty good looking dude. Some people just seem to go out of their way to be horrible, and that message reflects on her, not you.

Well she has an ugly attitude and that can't be fixed...she's just an awful person to go out of her way to say such awful things just to make herself feel better when you haven't done anything to her (i suppose). beauty is a very subjective thing and people view beauty/attractiveness differently who died and made her the judge of that? So no you're not ugly. Plus yes like many have said personality and kindness and many other qualities outweigh looks so she can take a hike. She is just a bully if she just sent that message out of the blue.
