Today, after getting an expensive haircut, I showed it to my boyfriend. Instead of saying, "Wow, those bangs look great on you" he said, "Wow, you look really good when you don't show your forehead." FML

I always thought bangs were the bits that hang at the side of the face, not a fringe, haha! Bangs sounds so strange to me.

Actually, fringe is the correct worldwide terminology to use. Pretty much the USA is the only country that knows what "bangs" refer to.
