I can't tell you how many times that's happened to me!! My boys lose their phones, I order a replacement through insurance & as soon as I order it, they find their phones. Not both at the same time, of course! In fact, they've used up their phone insurance in less than a year! They're technically grown so they're not little kids! Just irresponsible! BTW, if you sell it, they know by the ESN & they will come looking for you!
I know you can't sell it or give it away because they sent me a non working phone for my son! By then he'd found his so, I put the sim back in his phone, they called me up wanting to know where the replacement phone was. They said send it back & we'll refund your money or you have to pay full price for the replacement phone! The phone companies know everything!
Sell the first one. Since you paid $150 replacement it could only be an iPhone 5, so sell the original one for about $450, if it's from Verizon then it's unlocked so sell it for $600 and you won't be upset anymore.
I have done something similar I had a bag with a zip pocket in it and I put my phone in when i checked again it was gone! So I bought the same phone again for like £100 and a few hours later I looked in my bag and discovered a hole in the zip pocket,my phone had slipped into the bag lining "/
Three days? I lost my iPod a year and a half ago and I didn't replace it; I just found it last week. I say YDI for being hasty to spend money on something you're not absolutely positive is lost.
it's a PHONE, not a game, or an mp3 player. how did OP deserve it? it has been missing for 3 days. get real.
Did I also mention that my cell phone's been missing for two years as of right now? The landline works perfectly fine.
Also, iPods work fairly well as phones if you can perform basic app installation. There's apps for EVERYTHING these days.
He should have tried calling himself with another phone.

Sell one of the phones and make some profit!
Not sure what to vote... Kind of depends on how well you looked and how obvious the place was where you found it back.
