Sorry for your loss OP.
Condolences OP. Atleast she passed away surrounded by people who loved her.
I have friends in home hospice who see this kind of thing all the time. Often the very old, even in comas or low-cognitive states, are waiting for "permission" to leave. They are tired, sore, and miss their friends and spouses. She simply could not leave with you watching.
My grandfather passed away in the few minutes it took my mother to open the gate for the ambulance. He had been ill for some time.
my condolences and all. but I have 2 ask op, why is one of your first reactions after your grandmother has past to post this here. idk it makes no sense to me
Oh my gosh I'm so sorry to hear that :( sorry for your loss, OP. I'm sure she was really grateful for what you have done for her. She passed loved and cherished and I'm certain she knows that. May she rest in peace

My condolences, OP. She passed away well cared for and loved.
Don't blame yourself, you were there for her when she needed someone and she passed away knowing she was loved and cared for.
