Today, I went to the movies alone after the boy I was seeing told me he was busy studying for exams. I found him making out with another girl whilst in the queue. When I confronted him by text he denied that it was him. I saw him check the text and reply. FML

After dinner, he confessed that he's been seeing another woman and has decided he wants to seek a relationship with her. Today, I went to the movies with a girl I like, then we went to grab a bite afterwards. She spent most of the time telling me how much she dislikes my best friend because he hooked up with a new girl. I then found out the two had been "talking" for a while. FML

You haven't hung out with ANYONE for a whole year??? Either you live alone on a desert island or I'm sorry, because that's just terrible. Don't rely on guys for entertainment, get your own social life going, you'll be happier for it. Best of luck.

I always go to the movies by myself. I go for the cinematic experience, not a date. Besides, going to the movies for first dates is over-rated. Do something interactive like indoor karting, a gun range, bowling or something where you can enjoy the evening AND get to know each other. I hate people who talk in movies, muchless someone whos trying to get all touchy feely while I'm trying to watch a movie!

what a douche that guy! don't you have girlfriends? where are you from OP? do places exist on earth where people don't socialize at all? do you live far out somewhere? in a city you can't stay alone for long if you go places and smile at people :)
