I know the feeling was in the military and finished 4 years of school with a great degree in engineering and still NOTHING!
Why you no use periods?
Because he no like them
Because he's a guy and therefore doesn't menstruate. Stupid questions get stupid answers.
The whole world's not gonna change in 3 years. You try redistributing the wealth with conservatives refusing to give up some of their millions of dollars and trying to take Social Security away from people who can't work. What would you do in this situation?... Yeah exactly, not that easy.
Just a reminder that there is no country information on this FML.
So you want all retarded and disabled people that have poor families who can't take care of them financially to be hobos? Yeah, that's what I thought I read.
Nice logic. "People who don't have money should have the govt. steal it to them." The top earners pay most of the taxes but use next to none of the services. This isn't'Robin Hood.' You earn what you have and you keep it. Look at the Swedes and their level of economic success. For the love of all that is just and good, don't vote.
It's called the greater good, let's not be selfish. Not everyone can be a CEO, somebody's gotta work at McDonald's.
The retarded (read the government) have no financial need.
alone_unafraid, you're using that logic of 'every man should capable of lifting himself up by his own bootstraps', but do you ever consider those who don't even have boots? That's kind of selfish. I understand that you have a different political point of view, but telling other people not to vote because they disagree with you is uncalled for.
I am a young conservative republican who is studying premed to eventually become a doctor. My parents, who earn a considerate amount each year, are expected to pay the government so people who sit on their asses can have a payday, too? I understand the SS for the elderly & disabled, but the government isn't doing much to prevent a majority of the money that hard worker's earn, going into the wrong direction. Why should I, nor my parents have to suffer to put myself through medical school when we would be capable, if we did not have to pay the government useless funds that go to illegal immagrants & people who refuse to work out of pure laziness? the only people who suffer at the hands of the government In this situation would be US.
Your age really shows here. Stay out of politics. You dont belong. Your narrow minded view of the world around you obviously doesn't extend past the property limits of your parents house or the college campus you attend. Learn to open your very very blind eyes. Once your wallet is raped over and over after you work your ass to the bone maybe you'll stop to think about what's happening around you
So fix the loopholes. Make it harder to get Social Security. Don't just do away with it, that's preposterous. Aww, you're having a hard time paying for medical school? You poor thing. You were born into a wealthy family, be grateful. A country needs its citizens to pay taxes in order to sustain itself, and of course wealthy people are much more capable of paying this money. How about you drive one car, instead of two? Live in a smaller house? Spend less money on extravagances? If you actually knew what it was like to be poor, you wouldn't be saying any of this.
Also, it honestly does not matter if you vote or not. the electoral college will put in office who they want to be in office. This Obama-Care nonsense is rediculous, considering he has spent more than any of the previous presidents. He wants to make everyone equal? Some people are where they are because they've worked their whole lives to earn it. I respect that & I do not expect them to have to pay Obama & his democratic yuppy barn animals for others to sit at home while they continuously have children that they cannot take care of. It is rediculous to assume that everyone would want to approve a bill that would screw us & our future generations to come. Our healthcare would be equivalent to Canada's, being a hundred times worse, or more. The simple idea that that could ever possibly work is just a figment of his too-young & inexperienced mind. I guarantee that half of these decisions taking place In our world are also not even proposals of Obama's, but the VP's, who happens to have more years in the political field than most. Our country is being ran by a puppet & his owner. McCain would have been a better choice!
I refuse to have a well-thought-out, irrefutably correct argument with someone who says things like this. I also refuse to associate myself if any way with a supposedly soon-to-be doctor who can't spell ridiculous correctly. Please, please never operate on me or anyone I know.
hahaha, did I say my parents were paying for my college? No, I did not. I was, however, using that as an example. FYI, I am putting myself through college. I don't even have a car anymore. my parents don't speak to me & they kicked me out...I know exactly what it is like, which is why I am so against it. I said, sure, help the ones who REALLY need it, but I don't expect Anyone to put money in MY hands just because I won't work. As well as that goes, I may be young, but I grew up in a VERY republican town, and am faithful to my roots. I call it as I see it & I'm sorry if you do not understand that. I know more about politics than most people, even older than I. That said, I was stating my opinion & beliefs, and you do not have to like it. ...Taxes that go towards new roads, etc..., I am all for. I was simply stating that I don't believe, once I am a doctor, that I should have to pay for inconsiderate ***** who use the government to their advantage & take hard earned money from people who work their asses off. My parents have money, yes. but, I have also been working since I was 13 years old, so I know the value & the time it takes to earn my money.
They apparently deleted the thing I was replying to and put it on this instead.
That was a horrible comeback, but thanks for proving my point about conservatives. I never said I was poor, but I actually have sympathy. Also, you misspelled it twice, and I doubt your phone changed it judging by how it was spelled. I'm on an iPhone too, it's not that hard.
yeah, i'd say that, too, if i know i ****** up. I was simply telling you the truth...I plan to specialize is Neurology. do you know what that is, honey? hahaha, you don't have to like my political view. I grew up in a VERY political town, and have been working since I was 12 years old. there is a reason I am this way. I have every right to have these beliefs, and if you don't like it, you can stick it where the sun doesn't shine.
Go ahead and have your beliefs. All I'm saying is, you're a stuck up bitch. Yes, I know what neurology is, hahaha. I also don't think you should be a neurologist, you have a LOT of growing up to do.
Don't be so condescending. I can guarantee I'm 1000 times more intellectually capable than you, you just happen to have doctors as parents.
I was just having a fun, healthy arguement. it's not my fault you have a stick shoved up your ass & can't take a joke. Lol, and you don't know me, so you can't really call me "stuck up", honey. you look & speak as if you're 15. if you can't handle a small debate that was intended for fun, that isn't my problem & that doesn't make me stuck up.
College doesnt garantee a job, i always say.
Going to a top university doesn't guarantee anything. And taking on a lot of debt isn't wise because that top university doesn't mean you'll ever have the salary to handle that debt load and still live life.

I voted for change now that's all I have left
Degrees are pretty much a double edged sword. Sure you have a great degree, which really strengthens your chances of getting a great job, but until you actually get that job in this economy, the debt will Succumb you.
